SOLD!
For sale my 1987 BMW 325is. 243,000 miles 5-Speed Inline 2.5 liter 6-Cylinder. I have owned the car for 9 years and it pains me to sell it, but I recently got engaged and my priorities have shifted. I bought it in Northern California in 2005 and drove it back to Milwaukee. It has always been garaged, and never driven in Winter. If I was to keep it, I would replace the trans/diff fluid (which are included with the car), and probably change the timing belt in the next year. It runs and drives well. I have put around 1000 miles on it in the last two years. Most of the miles were weekend trips up to Door County (100+ miles). It could use some love, but I would currently not hesitate to drive it anywhere.
The Bad:
Passenger Side window regulator does not auto stop going up, but the windows goes up and down. (two full motors/regulators/tracks are included).
Few minor dings and chips.
Burns 1qt of oil every 3000+ miles
Could probably use fluid changes (redline diff / trans fluid included)
A/C does not work (all components except the belt are present).
Resprayed not quite bronzit in 2008
Needs custom brackets made for the fog lights
The Good:
Clean black leather sports interior.
Euro Basket Weaves with Khumo Ecstas with a season or two left.
Smoked Euro elipsoid headlights with HIDs
Smoked Tails
Lowered on H&R Sport spings and Bilstein Sport shocks.
No Rust.
Aux adapter to stock tape deck.
New stainless steel brake lines.
New Master cylinder.
M-Tech 1 body kit (front and rear are replicas, sides are OEM)
4.10 LSD Differential
Rebuilt drive shaft (2008)
Water pump and timing belt done at ~220,000 miles (2.5 years ago)
Resprayed not quite bronzit in 2008
Professionally installed keyless entry and alarm.
I love this car and wish that I had time/space/finances to keep it. I would love to see it go to a good home.
