WTB: NNJ e30 2k budget

as title states im looking for an e30 close to northern nj (paramus to be exact). car does not need to run, but would prefer if it did. Title is a must. Rust isnt too big of an issue unless the car is literally falling apart cause of rust. looking for a project car, but running cars have priority. 2k is my budget, but depending on the car i can definitely increase it. show me what you got.
