Somewhere in the PNW preferably. Possibly California or Arizona. Something that has been abused or heavily modified - the closer to stock the better.
Ideally it would be a 1989-1991 2d 325i with manual in black, white, red, or silver. Leatherette interior with less than 200k, clean title. Willing to do a 4-door, other colors, or other trims. Just no automatics.
