This car is a gem & I adore her. Only (reluctantly) parting with her as I try to lighten my load as part of future plans. I'm Adam, hit me up with any questions or interest.
Some notes:
Stamped Dec 1993, this surely must be one of the very last units of the E30 body style to exit the factory in Germany, making it one of the youngest versions out there of the coveted E30 body type.
(BMW held the E30 body style for the Convertible a little longer than the Sedan/Coupes which moved to the newer E36 body style a year or two before the Convertible).
Incredibly low mileage for a 20+ yr old vehicle: under 80k; must've been a Sunday driver for many years. Looks to have had about 4-5 owners, with only 1 potentially using as a DD (daily driver), in Westchester, NY. Last 3 owners, myself included, have been weekend joy riders.
No significant rust on entire car. Garaged by at least the last 3 owners, if not all.
Engine and under-the-hood in great shape.
Has not been spared from the E30's notoriously quirky Central Locking System. Must unlock from passenger door or trunk; or simply get driver door lock mechanism replaced.
The canvas soft top was Electric on this car when new, but electric system for top no longer works. Top can be raised/lowered manually with very minimal effort in 1-2 minutes tops.
Full size spare stowed in trunk under lining. An Extra tire comes with it, as well.
Sale includes Jump Starter Box with red/black +/- cables. Proper standard jumper cables included as well.
Owners Manual & records of work done by last 2 owners included in glovebox.
