Hellrot/Alpine/Estoril/Dakar/Techno. Not really interested in Tiag/Cosmos but will consider.
Under 150k preferred.
East coast preferred, closer to NYC the better.

Price range negotiable. Don't mind if it needs a little TLC just needs to be solid.
