94 black tan top/interior 110k miles. 5 spd. LSD.

Good:
new rotors and pads all around
new all season tires (good tires too)
new radiator
new thermostat
new rad fan
new struts+ springs (not installed) will have them installed if needed
new door speakers and head unit.
Bad:
some rust that PO had patched, not the best job but it'll do.
top will need to be replaced. Few small holes and one tear but doesn't actually leak.
I looked for two years until I bought this one. Its just now time for something else.
I'm looking for any e30 really. planning on motor swapping so high miles are no concern as long as its a worthy trade. 280k rust buckets with half the panels messed up isn't a worthy trade. <200k decent shape body, or >200k great shape body is ok. must be a manual besides that not really picky. metal bumpers preferred.
