So i'm putting this out there incase anyone is interested.
1987 BMW 325E. 130k on the odometer.
Royal Blue, four door.
since the time in which i picked this up till today someone backed into the front passenger side (assholes!) replaceable from a junk yard for about a hundo.
Front passenger side of windscreen is cracked and clear coat is fading. aside from that the body is very very straight.
I have a little rebuilding to do in the interior as the cluster is currently out from me replacing the S.I. batteries (they last 20 years...)
no rips in the seats just need to be cleaned. there is also a lip that i had to take off to get it off the trailer.
So far i have replaced:
both crank sensors, intake boot, fuel lines for injectors.
Hunted down and fixed coolant leak.
fixed the issue with the high rev and stall. replaced the following:
spark plugs
ignition coil
temp sensors/senders/switch
idle air valve
cold start injector
went through and fixed / replaced portions of the wiring harness
throttle body gasket
intake manifold gasket
throttle position sensor
starter
car idles well now
oem springs installed. needs new shocks. and rear strut mounts.
m3 muffler installed
car apperas to have 134a conversation ports on it so it looks like someone got the AC going on it already (i have not tested the AC though.....it's cold outside lol)
looking for $1500
