For sale or trade, is my 88' BMW E30. This car served as my daily driver for the past year or so. In my time owning this car I have experienced no mechanical issues whatsoever. This E30 started life with an automatic transmission which I swapped out for the OEM Getrag 260 5-Speed about 9 months ago. Apart from the used Getrag unit, pedal box, and driveshaft, I installed brand new name brand parts in the swap. As you can see from the photos, the body of this car needs work, though as a whole the car is solid and absolutely rust free. I removed the rear bumper due to it being broken in half after a friend of mine backed the car into another parked car (I still have the split bumper an attaching harware). The paint has a few small scratches that would be expected of a car this old being driven every day. I am uncertain of the mileage for this car but I have kept maintenance up regularly with oil changes every three months. However, the engine runs super strong and feels full of life. Immediately after purchasing this car I installed a new thermostat, OEM water pump, and Gates Racing Kevlar timing belt and tensioner. The factory wheels shown have OEM size Kumho tires all the way around that are less than a year old, along with a new Falken tire on the full sized spare. I recently installed brand new ATE brake pads all around before I stored this vehicle. The interior needs some cleaning up but everything works except for the left rear window which never would roll down. Along with the car comes all of the original automatic parts and factory seats (I'm keeping the racing seats). To be honest, I'm looking to trade this car for a hardtop 325i E30 far more than selling it out right. The only vehicles other than a hardtop E30 that I will consider trading for are 240SXs and 280ZXs in nearly any condition. For anymore information or questions feel free to ask. Thanks for the read!
