I have too many cars and need to get rid of some, so unfortunately this one has to go.
1990 BMW 325i convertible with a rare 5-speed manual transmission. Myself as well as the previous owner are both BMWCCA members and e30 enthusiasts. E30's are getting harder to find especially in this condition and a nice 5-speed car is even more rare. I've owned the car for a couple of years and had my fun with it, now it's time to pass it on to someone else.
The interior is VERY clean with the sport seats still soft crack-free (I think they have been re-done). Engine runs great, I just replaced the valve cover gasket and put a new cat-back exhaust and muffler on it. The top is in good condition, the previous owner replaced the rear window with a tinted version.
The car sits nice and rides well with Bavarian Auto springs and Bilstein Sport shocks. It's probably about ready for new front control arm bushings but most e30's are and it's an easy job. The paint is in great shape but the body does have a few dents and someone keyed the trunk lid at some point.
Good -
Beautiful and rare color combo
Interior is as good as you will find
Rare euro front spoiler
Euro analog clock
Crack free dash
Working odometer
5-speed manual
3.73 limited slip diff
Strong running m20 6-cylinder
Top is in good condition with a new tinted rear window
16x7 Konig wheels with BBS RS centers
New battery
New muffler
New valve cover gasket
Bavarian auto springs
Bilstein Sport shocks
Bad -
Body has some dents and trunk has a big scratch
Control arm bushings are starting to feel soft
Wipers sometimes don't work
Rear diff bushing is getting weak and should be replaced (cheap and pretty easy repair)
Top will leak above the windows in a hard rain storm
I'm looking to get $4500 or best offer for the car I don't HAVE to sell it so please don't waste your time or mine. I love this car but I have an e30 M3 and just don't have the time for this one also.
Hardtop is NOT included
