E30 M3 slotted discs front and rear. (spare front (crossdrilled) and rear discs)
M5 5 spoke wheels (no covers) Dunlop Direzza 235x40 17 (good)
New dash top (perfect) M3 instrument cluster.
Air cond. Recaro seats (Red!). Original seats also(good)

If it's a euro motor than it would be an s50, which is what it looks like based on the license plate. I would bet he got the engine from canada where they had access to the s50b32.
