    Kamotors '91 318is M20 turbo 348 WHP!! Price Drop $6k

I’m honestly sad to be selling this car. It’s a ton of fun and a great platform if you want something to keep on playing with. The only reason I’m selling this car is because I’m going to quit my job soon and travel for a while. Will consider trades for a short wheelbase high top van (sprinter, etc). I originally bought this car from Peattie (on r3v) in Las Vegas. I flew in and drove it no problems to Texas. He’s friends with Kam, who did the turbo build on this car, so kamotors built car #4 is up for sale. I then moved back to Colorado and made the trip in this car again with no problems. Feel free to call/text if you wanna chat about it 860-942-0472

Originally started as a 318is, the motor hydrolocked and Peattie swapped in a m20 from a 325i. The motor has about 136,000 miles on it and the body has 186,000. Clean title, no AC, no power steering.

PRICE DROP!!! $6000 obo (SIGNIFICANTLY less than I have into this car)

I have basically the same setup as kamotors, if you add meth and turn up the boost we'll be the same.

    Parts list:
Kinugawa 20g turbo (oil and water cooled)
    tcd turbo manifold
    turbosmart 38mm wastegate
    kamak 50mm BOV
    2.5" intercooler
    MS2 with wasted spark
    GM coil pack
    all new radiator hoses
    head gasket
    arp head studs
    spec stage 3 clutch
    condor solid motor mounts
    oem trans mounts
    pro sport boost gauge
    innovate wideband gauge
custom 3" exhaust with turbo muffler (nice while cruising, but awesome under boost!)
    hallman boost controller
    60lb injectors
    euro trim
    smileys with hid head lights
    trm 15x8 wheels
    kumho tires (excellent condition)
    3.15 torsen diff
    new spark plugs
    slotted rotors
    3" turbo back exhaust
    bosch battery
Just flushed diff with Mobile 1

    Suspension:
    Bilstein struts
    IE sport springs
Replaced front tie rod, end link & control arm bushings
IE 22/19 mm sway bars with adj end links and billet mounts (front not yet mounted)
Urethane Diff, Subframe, trailing arm bushings

    Stereo:
e34 premium sound speakers & tweeters w/ LPCN
10” sub in custom box by German Audio Specialties
Kenwood Deck w/ rear USB to glovebox
radio is a little staticy due to rear antenna, but USB sounds works great

Currently running the car at 11psi. For the dyno run, I got a little carried away and turned the boost up to about 16psi (kind of dumb since I wasn’t logging on MS, I know). Thats where it made 348WHP. Unfortunately it started to get a little head lift, so we immediately shut it down. I brought it home, re-torqued the head studs and flushed the oil & coolant. I’m keeping it back at 11psi now with no issues other than a bit of residual coolant/oil mix that I can’t seem to flush out. I’d add meth before turning the boost back up.

Currently using as a daily driver with no issues (yes, it is hilarious DDing this car)

Interior is in good condition minus the dash, it is cracked in 4 places. all black interior with Corbeau seats. The paint is in decent condition. The sunroof and hood are starting to chip, previous owner didnt prep the hood before painting. (As seen in pics. Hood and sunroof were originally red, all other panels are original)

There are small chips throughout the body, which I touched up with white por15 to keep any rust from starting. This is not a show car, but REALLY fun to drive. For a 24 yr old car its in good shape and looks mean as hell! Car sold as is.

Engine bay as it sits

Been garaged all winter while I did all new suspension

    Almost forgot Dyno pics...

They couldn't get a good ground, so no rpm, just mph

    Suns out guns out!

PRICE DROP!!! $6000 OBO takes it!

After a full day of "spirited" driving yesterday, it appears the headgasket is leaking. :hitler: its gotta be very small because it looked fine under dd conditions. Anyway, with that price drop this is a steal. Just wanna be completely honest about the cars condition. See pic below

Car is no longer for sale, I put it in storage and will keep playing with it when I have more time. Thanks Peattie for talking some sense into me!
