1991 318is - $2,000 - Cincinnati OH

1991 318is. 5 speed. 215k+ miles. Odometer has since stopped working.
Car is certainly not perfect but has been very reliable for me. Does have rust which is shown in picture and also some along driver side. Still not a bad little car. I had intentions for the car when I bought it but have a child now and barely drive it since its 2 doors. All problems are listed below but I still drive the car on weekends with no problem. Located about 5 minutes south of Cincinnati in Northern KY.

The good:
Car runs and drives fine.
30 mpg


The bad:
E-brake does not work.
Passenger windshield wiper motor is bad.
Fender damaged on driver side.
Rust.
AC does not work.

Can you post more pictures of the rust? Any of it structural or just body rust?

I'll snap a few more pics tomorrow. Don't believe there to be any structural rust. Have been under it and done some oil changes and never really noticed anything but will get under again tomorrow and snap some shots.

I have attached a few more images of the rust areas.
I also forgot to mention the car also has new axles and brakes. Within ~3k miles or so. I thought the axles were going bad but the noise ended up being the e-brake assembly that I noted prior was removed.
