Very well maintained – both mechanically and cosmetically. Car has had clay bar and wax applied each spring and fall and has been winter stored in a heated garage during my 5 1/2 years of ownership.
Daily driven in the summer months; very reliable and drives beautifully! M42 engine was resealed and refreshed (including profile gasket, head gasket, timing chain tensioner, thermostat, water pump, rad, coolant hoses, new ignition components, etc.) at 87,000 miles. Steering and suspension are tight and perform as they should with no clunks, odd noises, etc. All accessories work, including air conditioning. The brakes are due; not making noise yet but the pad wear indicator light recently came on and there’s not much pad left. The only non-OEM component on the car is Supersprint performance cat-back exhaust (high-end); installed brand new at 100,000 miles.
With three e30s in the stable (including an identical twin!) and having just bought a home, I’m thinking it is time to let someone else enjoy this wonderful car.
Car is located in Hamilton, Ontario, which is mid-way between Toronto, ON and Buffalo, NY.
