Hello everyone!
I'm trying to get back into the BMW scene and I want to do it behind the wheel of a vintage 2002, I've seen some good threads for these on the forum here and hoping someone has one they'd be willing to part with.
I am in San Francisco, California, but am not opposed to working with distance as I have done so before and am familiar with the process.
I'm really interested in a roundie (71-73), but am open to squares as well up to the 1975 year model. Due to the California smog exemption for vehicles 1975 and older I will be passing on the 1976's
Not a whole lot of requirements, but I'd like to have;
no rust
daily drivable
presentable interior and exterior (just no hackjob stuff, I understand not everything is completely restored and concours, but I'd like for it to look decent. Work needed is acceptable, project needed is something I can't get into right now)
Due to a recent change in my living situation, I am selling my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 that I've put a lot into setting it up to be a keeper.
I am willing to work on a trade deal, +/- cash as needed, if you have the need or desire for the truck, but that would have to be put into action quickly as its already getting some serious inquiry from friends and craigslist.
Here is a link to a very detailed ad for the truck
If the truck sells before a trade I will have a cash budget of around 12,000
Thanks for the taking the time to look and hope to hear from someone!
Steven P.
