SOLD!!!
It pains me to do this, but I have to list my E30 for sale. I have owned it since May 2012 and have a lot of memories with it. Unfortunately I need to downsize my car collection. However, I am NOT desperate to sell it so don't low ball me.
I purchased the car in 2012 with 161K Miles from Virginia while sitting out last few weeks of lectures before graduating college. Got 1 way ticket to Richmond, VA and drove it back. During my ownership, it has been my weekend toy, occasional daily, 3 time track car and several autocross event warrior. I have NEVER, not ONCE been stranded in this car. NOT ONCE it broke down to the point that I couldn't get home - CPS crapped out once and didn't let me go above 4000 RPM, made it home, then to the shop just fine. Bad vacuum hose didn't let it idle well, but again, didn't get stuck!
So enough with my sappy story, here are the details:

Now what does it need AKA the bad stuff:
- Oil pan gaskets leak again :( . I replaced them with OE BMW ones and used silicone sealant. They need to be re-done with something much stronger like Tough Stuff sealant.
- Rear subframe bushings should be replaced.
- Rear trailing arm bushings should be replaced while doing subframe.
- Rear sway bar bushings should be replaced.
- CEL comes up very rarely for misfire while on highway. However it never ever misfires or acts strangely. I am pretty sure its the COP coil (common failure point).
- Front fender liner studs broke when I removed them so I cannot re-install fender liners - need to tack weld new studs.
- Tires should probably be replaced in the next 3-5K miles.
