FS: 1984 325e schwarz shell

1984 Schwarz shell w/ 5speed. The car had been siting for 20 years before i bought it. The Body is in pretty good shape but does have a dent on the driver side fender as well as the rear quarter panel. Paint on sides in decent, i did a quick wax on the driver to show how it could buff out, the hood, roof and trunk have some pitting but could be buffed to look ok.The spare tire area, battery tray and pan under driver seat have some rust spots. (see photos)
the interior has been completely gutted and the motor is seized so it would be perfect for some who needs a shell to build an auto-x or track car.
I do have the quarter window trim its just a pain to reinstall.

I'm open to offers and trades. for: 2.93 lsd, sway bars, e36 m3 steering rack or???

All the screw/locking gizmos intact?

The plastic locking screws on top are good but one of the small 1/4" tabs on the bottom in broken. It still seems to hold tight without it though.

There seems to be more interest for parts off this car than whole, so i'll be parting it out.
