This car has been garage kept for the last 5 years I've owned it. Maintenance is as follows,
New front wheel bearings
New front rotors
New front brakes
New Water Pump
New Radiator
New Thermostat
New Fuel Pumps
New Clutch Master cylinder.
Michelin pilots 245/45/17 with less than 800 miles on them.
Paint is very good condition but has normal scratches & a few chips here and there.
Cons,
Driver side seat will not slide forward and back with motor, I believe it is off its gear. Sunroof sometimes has problems tilting but does slide forward and backward.

Although the stick adds value for sure do to its rarity. One of our locals just bought the twin of this a couple weeks back, 6-speed and all.

Nice car. I would suggest detailing it properly if your asking that much. The front lip, under the hood, the paint, etc. It will make a big difference.
