I went to look at the car and decided not to buy it. I have no problem with the seller, but I would like to provide some more information for those who are interested.

The pictures are old and the car is not as clean as in person. The title is not in hand although the seller is the owner of the car. The registration is expired and the car hasn't really been driven in a year. Since the car sat for quite some time the tires are weather cracked on the sidewall and in the tread. The paint should come back fine but it does look dull right now. It is a repaint and does have paint chipping around the washer nozzles on the hood. After opening the hood we could tell it hasn't ran in quite some time. The oil was about 2+ quarts low. After filling it with fresh oil the car did make some noise from the timing area but it did quiet down after it started to warm up. The car was responsive when giving it gas, but the idle was not very smooth and would noticeably fluctuate and drop like it had a vacuum leak.

The cloth seats were redone and they look pretty good. Besides the dash being cracked there was not a problem with anything in the interior that I can remember. The IS lip was taken and not with it as shown in the picture. The battery was also out of the car.

Overall I liked the car and its not bad, but it will need some attention considering it has been sitting.

the way this ad is written sucks, feels like a car salesman at a lot. stupid colored text used, 0 info on the car, talking about people being "lucky" for going home with the car and "happy", not mentioning and laying out critical details such as:

What's the deal with the title
Mileage? that should be a no brainer to include
general upkeep
rust
these so called thousand dollar "upgrades" that have been added

To me it seems like a car that is going to come with issues that you'll find after you drive it for a bit just by how quickly hes trying to get rid of it

I'd say "runs and drives great" and only posting old pictures with it in much more presentable shape than the potential buyer posted about is pretty shady and maybe you should stop sounding so condescending and snarky towards buyers.... Just my input from reading this thread. I see a guy leaving out critical details and pictures and giving very vague positive descriptions to sell a car that he is hiding a lot about.

Im interested in the car, and have spoken to the buyer regards parting ways with the wheels. Im not interested in the wheels, if you wanna go meet up and take the wheels I'm definitely ready to pick up the car.
