I bought this car from the 2nd owner in Long Beach, CA in 2012 with 136,xxx miles on it. He bought it from the Original Owner in Bakersfield, CA when the car had about 15K miles (If I remember correctly). It runs well and does not leak or drip any fluids. I have used Lubri Moly 10W-40 synthetic oil every 5,000 - 7,500 miles.
This car is very clean and well cared for. Options of note are the full sport package (suspension, seats and steering wheel), aluminum interior trim, glass moon roof, rain sensing wipers, and auto dimming rear view mirror. It has an OEM rear parcel tray and roll out cover. The previous owner had the transmission rebuilt due to a seized torque converter shortly before I bought it. The transmission has been completely trouble free.
I have taken care of this car very well, keeping up on maintenance and fixing everything that is not performing properly. Below is a list of parts I’ve replaced and receipts can sent upon request.

Rear Trailing Arm Bushings & Limiters (OEM M3) - Jan 2016 (Performed at EAS in Willis, TX)
4 Wheel Alignment - Jan 2016 (Performed at EAS in Willis, TX)
The car is a great driver, but there are some things that deserve attention that I have not been able to get to. Here are the known issues:
Drivetrain:
There is some engine vibration at idle when in gear. It goes away in Park or Neutral. I believe The issue is RPM related (not transmission related), as the idle RPM is programmed to be slightly higher when not in gear. I changed the motor mounts and Transmission mounts, and that helped, but did not eliminate the issue.
The car “tracks” slightly on bad roads. I’ve noticed it getting worse as the tires have gotten older. They have been excellent tires and have plenty of tread life on them, but I’ve read reviews complaining about tracking as the tires get worn.
The brakes were new when I purchased the car, but are about due for replacement. They still perform perfectly, no screeching or grinding, but I believe they are near the end of their life.
Suspension:
There is a faint creaking noise coming from the passenger rear suspension when going in/out of driveways or when cornering on rough roads. The rear suspension has been inspected thoroughly and all appears to be in good condition. I suspect it is a worn upper strut mount.
Interior:
A/C has a leak in the system. We had the system checked last summer because the passenger side stopped blowing cold. No leaks were found, so the system was evacuated and recharged. It worked perfectly throughout the summer, but when I tried the A/C last month, it would not get cold.
“A” Pillar fabric has started to separate from the trim piece, passenger and driver's side.
Rear passenger side door seal is torn and loose. Door does not whistle or leak, but the seal is not as it should be.
Floor mats originally had the velcro circles to hold them in place, the they have torn off, so Drivers floor mat tends to creep around the footwell.
Armrest leather is worn and shows it’s age, but is not torn.
Exterior:
There are a few dimples in the roof. No paint damage, probably caused by setting enormous diaper bag on top.
Some door scuffs, no body damage. I tried to capture them in the photos, but they are small enough that they didn’t show up.
Scuff on the passenger side bumper, visible in pictures.
There is a small scuff on the hatch. For some reason it rests against the roof when the glass is opened. Visible in pictures.
Please feel free to ask any questions. Also, I can't trade this car for a different one, so please don't tempt me.
