325es for sale w/ 325i motor

This is a 325es that I bought to use as a project car it has an engine from an 87' 325i. The chassis has 249k the I engine and tranny have 182,000.
The car has no carpet or back seats. The drivers seat is a tenzo red racing seat in good condition, passenger seat is a tan non sport seat. Car is Zinnoberot with tan interior.

Mods are:
shorty headers
magnaflow stainless muffler w/ highflow cat
ate slotted rotors front
5 series AFM w/cone filter
18" RS Limited wheels with yokahama parada tires
Z3 short shifter
newer clutch lightly shaved flywheel

Problems:
heater core needs replacing
neads a tune up
oil change
valve cover gasket
has small wrinkle in pass. door
has after market front valance but has some cracks on it

It starts up and runs just needs the tune up to smooth it out.I bought it to use for an m50 conversion but I'm not sure if I want to go thru with it. I paid 1600.00 for the car. I am putting H&R springs on the car this weekend with new shock and struts I also have black racing seats to put in it. I may also be installing a 391LSD. If I sell it I will be asking 2100 after I install these parts. If I fix the rest of the parts it will be higher. If any one has any interest in this car if I was to install an M50 let me know.
