A buddy up in NorCal (San Mateo) has an awesome adventure bike, a 2001 KTM 520EXC-R with a ton of spares and less than 8k miles on it for a good condition E30 318iS to daily drive.
He's not looking for a project car, he just needs a good daily -- his wife needs to use his Audi Allroad for longer drives than her Fiat 500 Electric can make, so on those days he needs his own gas-powered car for his long commute.
