Bad:
It will need a headgasket soon, it's not blowing white smoke, and no coolant has gotten into the oil but there is a small leak at the head and it's going to bigger. I drove the car to bimmerfest this year without hesitation and you can see how much oil is leaking. I would say a quarter of a quart every oil change (it's not much). That is the first priority - I can give you the contact to a friend who does headgaskets for $350 if you can't do it yourself.
whine coming from the driveshaft bearing, I never got around to fixing it, it doesnt affected the cars performance.
some belt screeching on cold start, goes away after a few minutes
driverside fender has some damage near the wheel well.
2 tires have uneven treadwear
Speedo/tach acts up some days
