1991 BMW 318is, e30, Low miles, Rust Free, Original Paint, Rare Slick Top
Up for sale is my 19 BMW E30 318is, the car has a clean title and a
clean one owner car fax. Since the first time I ever saw one of these
cars I knew I had to have one. I have owned many amazing
cars over the years and this is by far the nicest one I have ever had.
Sadly I am moving into a new home and I won?t have the space, so it?s
time for the car to go.
Engine/Transmission
The M42 Engine runs great, idles properly with no vacuums leaks. The
motor pulls hard throughout the rpm range and has never been abused.
The oil temp has always been above 140 degrees before being driven
spiritedly. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears and has had a new drive shaft bushing in the last year.
Interior:
The interior is in good shape for a 1991 but has few minor flaws, the dash is
cracking which is very common in these cars. I do have a replacement dash that can be included in the sale for $300. The cloth seats have a few minor tears but over all are in pretty good shape for their age. . The carpet has
been freshly steam cleaned and feels soft to the touch like it just
came off the showroom floor with only a few stains. The car show minimal wear for being
over 25 years old.
Chassis/Suspension:
The suspension responses quickly and has amazing balance. All of the
bushings are tight and feel great, the car handles like a dream. The
underbody of the car has zero rust and the car has a brand new steering rack.
Exterior:
The paint is in excellent shape, with only a few minor blemishes. The
exterior has been clayed, buffed and sealed regularly. All of the
panels are original to the vehicle and the car has never been in a
accident. The car shows amazingly well as you can see in the pictures
and has only a few dings but the paint seems to be original to the car.
The car is equipped 16" Factory Optioned BMW Wheels and 205-55-16 Tires.
I feel that I have described the car to the best of my ability. This is a fine example and a timeless classic. Serious inquires should come
see this car in person because pictures do not do this car justice. This car is a very nice unmolested example with tons of future potentially. If
