fs: 1993 e30 vert+hardtop?
Hello r3v,??
So it?s time to sell my beloved 1993 BMW 325i convertible. This car is located in Santa Barbara, CA. The car will come with the OEM BMW factory hardtop (very rare, especially a non-3rd party manufacturer.) I am selling her because I want to move on to a coupe or 4-door e30. I?m hoping to keep this post short and sweet and straight to the point, no bs-ing you potential buyers out there. There is a $650 sound system; 10? Kicker and Alpine MRV-M500 amp(I can take the system out if not wanted.)
Things done to the engine bay:
New engine, and while we had the new engine disassembled, we did a new head gasket and timing belt less than 3,000 mi. ago. Much work has been done to this car. New-to-it engine, headlights, interior, dash, cluster, tires(BTW I have 3 different set of wheels all with at least 90% tread left on each able to go on the car, just selling as well.)
The Good:
Completely new interior, black on black with no rips/tears in leather.
New to this car dash, no cracks - always covered.
Odometer still ticking.
All gauges work fine.
Depo Angel Eyes headlights
Mint ?91 soft top replacing old beat-up one(Still have it if wanted.)
Post-facelift plastic bumpers with rear apron.
M-tech stitched shift boot and e-brake.
The Bad:
High clutch.
Short throw shifter.
Rich cold start (I can name some things I believe it to be.)
Surface rust in some areas.
Paint could use some TLC.
Does sit on coil overs and bilsteins (Not preloaded)
Currently on bottlecaps but do have versus reps or 5-lug with style 39 rims
