FS NY: 1988 BMW 325is
Hey, guys. Trying to sell my E30 I bought 2 months ago because I've got too much on my plate of responsibilities to give this car the attention it deserves.
It is an automatic. As far as any mechanic issues, I can't seem to find any. I'm sure some of you know a lot more about these cars than I ever will, but for a 29 year old car, it drives very nice.
I'm listing it for $2800, but shoot me your offer. No trades please. Local pickup only but will drop off for the right price.
Since acquiring the beauty, I have replaced;
- New Battery
- Valve Cover Gasket
- Throttle Body Gasket
- New OEM Bosch Spark Plugs (WR8LC+)
- Engine Air Filter
- Fuel Filter and, Fuel Filter Supply and Return Hose
- Engine Temp Sensor
- Coolant Temp Sensor
- Coolant Level Sensor
- Replaced the Blower Motor and finally got the A/C and Heat working great for a 29 year old car!
Parts I purchased but haven't replaced yet;
- Throttle Position Sensor (OEM Bosch)
- Front Brake Pads and Rotors
All the work was done by me, and if you're afraid I didn't do it properly, be not afraid, as I fix airplanes for a living. So have faith in my work.
As far as exterior, it's mostly clean other than the fact that the previous owner plasti-dipped the entire car because he got dents and rust fixed and didn't have enough finances for a full paint job.
The car is registered and insured and I drive it almost everyday.
