    '89 325i 5 speed Socal $1,500

Anyone looking for a decent project car. I have a Alpine white '89 325i 5 speed with tan seats and grey carpet. I believe the car has 230,XXX on the clock. The motor has been replaced with one from a junkyard about 10,000 miles ago. The head has all new rocker arms and the motor has all new gaskets. The timing belt was also replaced when the motor was out. The car is a very strong runner.

    The goods:
15x7 BBS wheels w/ newer Kuhmo Ecstas
    3.73 LSD
    tinted windows
    alarm w/ keyless entry
    Kevlar clutch
    Short shifter from a E36 M3 lightweight
    M-Tech 1 steering wheel

    The bad:
    No door cards
    No stereo
    needs front strut inserts
    steering rack leaks
missing various interior bits and pieces
    dent on passenger side fender
    Gauge cluster is gone nutty...

I have a friend looking for a car. How would you rate the paint on a scale of 1-10?

^^^^ Hmmmm, maybe you should read that again, but a little slower this time.

I think what he's saying is that if "it were closer" he would buy it. And then he's justifying why he would buy it "I don't like 2 door cars for daily drivers". He never said, "I would buy it, BUT I don't like two door cars....

                  e30 325is - e30 M3 [FOR SALE] - Audi S4 - '78 F-250 .....clicky clicky

                    ^he is correct.

I have a 2 door 325is as a daily driver. if this were closer, i would buy it, as i prefer 4 doors on a daily driver.

Honestly the paint is probably a 7 at most. My E36 is a 4...hhahahahahahaha. The clear coat is pealing on the driver's side C pillar but it's not noticable.

I meant to ask if it's drivable or would one have to trailer it across 5 states.
