FS: 1989 AlpineWeiB 325i, MtechII Spoiler, IS lip, Shift knob & More

Here is the story of my 1989 325i. I purchased the Car back in Jan at an e30 meet from an enthusiast for $2750.00 The car has been in great shape ever since. The car came complete with Eibach/Bilsteins, Chipped ECU, and Tint. The car has been a great daily driver all throughout So. California. With 189,XXX on the clock, she still pulls strong when properly maintained.

In June of 06, while on my way to work I was rearended by some girl in a mitsubishi, she went underneath the rear bumper and into the rear valance. You'll see in the pics. I had just dumped a TON of money into the car and ultimately, I didn't care to have the car as my daily any more. After fighting with the insurance for a while, I just decided to count my losses and I took a check.

I held onto the car thinking I might want to track it or even fix it up as a weekend driver, but do to recent circumstances I've got to let it go.

The paint is really in GREAT shape its a shame that the pics I've got right now don't quite reflect this. The interior however, is one of the strongest selling points. It's near perfect. Not a single crack in the dash, or tear in the seats. Very clean.

    Asking: $1500 OBO - SOLD

    Mods & Maintainence:
-Kenwood Mp3 CD player + Ipod Hookup in Glovebox.
-New SI board from BMA Parts
    -New Heater Valve from BMA
    -MHW Smoked Turns from Abrams
    -EuroPlate and Frame
    -Euro Grills
    -Euro Elips + 6000k Prolumen HID's
-Front and Rear Euro Trim from Abrams (Rear has not been installed)
-New MtechI Steering Wheel Emblem (meh who cares)
-Keyless entry with 2 flip Keys - Good quality ones at that.
-Blackout Grills (Black plastic kind, wont chip)
    -Brand New Battery with warranty
-Just replaced, Entire DriveShaft and CSB/Flexdisc @ AvusAutosport in Glendale
    -Regular Oil Changes.
    -Red and Clear Tails
    -Euro Plate Filler
-Brand new Dealer Cut Light up Key

    Problems:
-Front valance needs some TLC (purchased this way)
-Rear valance needs some TLC now
-Sideskirt has a dent in it (purchased this way)
-Oil Leak (most likely from rear main seal) Switching from synthetic would most likely help this situation. It's not too bad though.
-Salvaged title (Certainly far from being "totaled" in driveability)

Here was a mod list I was building on the car before the accident:

The X's on the far right are items that I'm planning on selling seperately. Minus the v1 :).

As for the items going seperately:
Diamond Schwarz MtechII Rear Trunk Spoiler - 200$ - SOLD
Black unpainted Front valence 89+ style (Brand New) - 150$ - AVAILABLE
Brand new OEM Illuminated Shift knob (with m3 logo) - 85$ - SOLD
Brand new OEM IS lip with 10 new OEM clips - 140$ - SOLD
(prices for pickup) Valance will cost a considerable amount to ship.

If you'd like the car + the above items that would honestly make the car near perfect: $2000 OBO.

The vehicle is in Beverly Hills, CA. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm bad with PM's so either email me at cmd3352 [at] adelphia.net, or Call my cellphone: 760-809-8028. Post here as well of course.

I'm looking to sell the car ASAP.

    Now for the pictures!

Please post here, call, or email with Questions! Thanks for looking everyone!

Thanks for asking, I left that out. Cruise does NOT work. Not sure why to be honest. Invest in some Dr. Scholls for this e30.
I'm not sure too many e30's would make it to SC from SoCal. Getting out of the desert here is hellish to say the least. And then on through texas...I'd hate to say whether or not it would make it. I'd try it personally, but I'd hate for someone to get stranded! Then again, my first car was a 944 which I drove from LA to Dallas texas with no problems at all!

To be honest, I've never shipped a car. I would let you make the shipping arrangements and I'd work around your schedule and with the Shipping Co. to help in any way possible.

Someone chime in here, Im guessing around 1k?

I paid $950.00 from FL to CA a couple years ago. Last month I paid $1150.00 from AL to CA. I think you are looking at somewhere in between.

I posted this on e30 tech, so you only have to respond to one, but where'd you score the front valence? I have no money to buy now otherwise I'd buy it off ya, so when I get my cash in a month or two I'm gonna purchase one.

Is the lip spoiler painted white or just primed? If it's Alpine White, I'll take it.

i can personally vouch for chris's (s0urce) credibility. the car is really clean both inside and out, despite the minor problems on the surface. this is a great deal for anyone who is looking for a cheap e30 w/o the B.S. included with most cars found in this price range. i have driven a lot of e30s, from not so great to un-real, and this car, like any solid late model 3 series, has all the right ingredients. its up to the buyer to make the car look good, but that's the goal anyway right?

good luck w/ the sale chris.

p.s.- you just have to brag about that v8 dontcha. you bastard.
