        Great car in Wis. for $17K. I'm not sure if such a car is meant to be driven or looked at however. I would never buy a garage queen. I want to enjoy the car as much as possible. Extensive driving would depreciate this car very quickly. Suggest the op look for something at the lower end of his budget and hold several thousands back in reserve for maintenance and upgrades.
