Miles: 83,XXX though the ODO stopped working when I picked it up. Story was when I picked the car up, it sat for 3-4 months, I've owned it for three years now and estimating it has close to 100k on it. Car wasn't driven much except on weekends and track days.

Oil Change every 2 1/2 months or when oil color is dark.
Rod bearings were changed when the car was bought in 03.
Chassis is straight. Not bent at all. Has updated E36 tensioner, E28 M5 throttle gaskets, hoses are fairly new, new coolant tank, well taken care of.
Car is very very strong. It is not driven other than weekends, to the track, and on the track. I don’t abuse it.. (ie: I don’t rev it above 2k when cold)
Issues:
Small 2" crack on dash, other than that no other cracks.
The car was repainted by previous owner but didn't do the best of job with some tree sap on the roof...
Car has rust bubbles on sun roof and passenger side vent hole, nothing major in my point of view.
