My friend Nick is purchasing the car, and fell completely in love with it. We're already working on picking out wheels :). It really is a great car and none of these pictures do it justice. I hope I can find one nearly this clean when I get another e30.

EDIT: You will be seeing a photoshoot on R3v with the e30 and my 2002 after a short period of time.

absolutely. when my dad is finished rebuilding his lotus twin-cam engine and gets the car running(which could take years knowing him ;) ) he wants to convert his 3.0cs, which was rearended and totaled, into a soft-top. Well the recipe just to happens to call for various e36 parts. Im gonna try to convince him to buy a wrecked one and ill take the engine and go m50 :D. but that wont be for at least a year, probably more.
