I am downsizing to a few cars and my 1991 318is Slicktop has got to go

The good:
Looks good
318is Slicktop with 262k
Runs well
Nice dash cap
ESM 001 wheels and basketweaves included
Resprayed (not a 5k paintjob) looks decent from 5ft
Bilstein sport
H&R sport
Rare

The bad:
Cracked front bumper
Missing IS lip
Missing fogs
No AC
Open Med case 4:10

The ugly:
Classic rust under accelerator (can provide a square patch)
Rear decklid missing provision for emblem (someones great Idea)
