E30 M30 for sale

Hello everyone im selling my alpine white 1988 (1987 built date) E30 M30 169k miles on body for sale. I dont drive it too much and its time to sell it so someone can enjoy the car. Ive owned it since 2013 and built it with an M30b35. Im the 3rd or 4th owner cant remember i still have the original purchase window sticker from the dealer and all associated paperwork for the vehicle since 1988 from the 1st owner.

Well here we go:

-Reinforced subframe engine mounts (TIG welded) for the larger engine, Garagistic M30 mount arms.

-E36 M3 steering rack with modified steering coupler.

-Rebuilt M30B35 bored over .5 mil, decked, crank polished, new pistons, new bearings, resized connecting rods with ARP hardware, new camshaft, rebuilt cylinder head, bimmerheads rocker lock collars, and heavy duty rocker arms.

-MegaSquirt 2 PNP engine management system with bluetooth wireless tuning, MAF, MAP and distributor-less options enabled, Innovate wide-band o2 system, electronic Spal engine fan controlled by megasquirt, tuned well for a reliable fun daily driver.

-Getrag 265 5 speed transmission, M5 flywheel (resurfaced), new clutch, shortened and balanced driveshaft.

-New Vogtland lowering springs, and Stagg shocks. (bought as a kit)

-New braided stainless steel brake lines, new rotors and brake pads on all four corners. 735i brake booster and master.

-E28 M5 rear spoiler

No the car is not smog legal it is running Megasquirt 2 with MAF , MAP, and DIS.
No A/C as well. That was next on the mod list.

Yes the car does have full functioning power steering via e36 m3 rack.

A little more info: location, Los Angeles. The car is registered until next year 1/2019.
