WTB E30 IN the southeast 5 speed

My son is looking for his first E30. We are in Georgia but can travel all over the southeast.

Preference is an IS or I but willing to look at any 5 speed coupes.
Color not hugely important.

Would like to stay under 5500 if possible.

Only things to be addressed is POSSIBLY a new thermostat. Doesn't overheat, but runs a little warmer than I like. But it could also be the gauge. Not sure, but I just bought a 325e coupe that I'm working now instead.
