WTB : 325i/is/ix (East Coast)

Looking for a new daily/project car.

I am located in Maryland but willing to travel pretty much anywhere
along the East Coast/surrounding states. But the closer the better.

I’d like to keep my budget to about 4k but I’m flexible.

I’m not looking for a perfect car but something that I could daily about 20-40 miles a day to and from work/school, this would be a running and driving project car for me as well.
