Schmat, if this (https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1988-bmw-325ic-7-2) gets $13,250 with double the miles, no service history, and bottle caps or this (https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...5i-cabriolet-3) gets $15,650 with triple miles, no service history and some issues, mine has got to be worth $15k.....

People do silly things for that M-Tech package, so I don't know how much I would rely on the 15650 sale. But yes, I have been the one saying that your car definitely IS worth the $15k. To someone. Also keep in mind the 5% buy fee in addition to those sale prices.
