Not sure what your budget is, but this checks all the boxes you requested. 89 325is, s52 swap putting down about 250 to the wheels (very very clean swap), zf trans 3.46 lsd (3.73 lsd also included) a.c., power steering, spal pusher aux fan, euro diesel mechanical fan. full poly bushings, reinforced sub frames, Monoball camber plates, bilsteins with H&R race springs (sport springs included), strut tie bars. Extra set of wheels. ZERO rust. Drive on the street or track. I have driven it 4 hours each way to the track, tracked it, then drove home a couple times. Not abused, but I have used it as it was intended. I'm a 48 year old PCA driving instructor. Lots more to tell. Looking for $9500. PM if interested.
