I am just testing waters.
I have a 1991 318is. Canadian car.
The motor blew up a few years ago when the PO had it. Over time, he accumulated enough parts to build 2 motors i.e. 2 heads (One ported and built by a race shop), to manifolds, fuel rails, timing covers, basically everything.
There is only one block, but he bought it from a good car, and it is in great shape.
This car is very clean inside.
The only thing it needs is a new trunk, but other than that there is basically no rot.
I am wondering what a good price range is for a car like this?
Am I better off selling it as is? Or assembling the motor and selling it as a running and driving vehicle?
