Hope this car is cool to sell here -- since BMW recently moved the E39 to the Classic catalogue
Selling this car because I have too many vehicles and need to get rid of one. I have receipts/paperwork as well as a service log for the completed work.

2000 528i 5 speed manual transmission with recent services:
- Meyle brake discs front and rear - < 3,000mi
- Akebono ceramic pads front and rear (low dust) - < 3,000mi
- Rebuilt parking brake and shoes replaced (Meyle and ATE parts) - < 3,000mi
- Oil and filter change (Mobil 1 5w30 synthetic) - < 3,000mi
- Camshaft Position Sensor
- Complete cooling system overhaul (2 years ago: new radiator, hoses, water pump, thermostat, coolant temp sensor, etc)
- Cabin air filter
- 2 step paint correction - compound/polish w/ paste wax protection

Things you should know:
- This recently passed smog and was just registered (good till June 2019)
- The driver's seat has a few tears in the left bolster -- can be patched with an upholstery specialist
- The antenna for the head unit can be upgraded, it doesn't get stereo reception that well
- The driveshaft CV joint can be replaced (needs to be repacked with grease) but has no effect on drivability -- just minor annoyance
- The intensive washing system needs to be routed with new plumbing -- original hoses broke when I changed hoods
- The paint was recently corrected but isn't still isn't perfect in some areas
- The 2 front wheels have minor bends which cause slight vibration at freeway speeds
- The 2 rear wheels have a low offset and can sometimes rub the fender over bumps (can be fixed by raising the rear)
- All window regulators have been replaced -- this is a common problem on this car that has been addressed
- This has been the most reliable car I've owned -- has never left me stranded once and starts up and drives with no issues
