WTB sorted 5 speed sedan PNW / west coast preferred

I am looking for a clean e30 4 door manual sedan, the perfect daily driver.

I's or eta's are cool, what I am looking for most is that it is up to date on all regular service intervals on the engine, suspension, bushings, cooling, braking, trans and major electronics.

Cold air conditioning & power steering is a must. Any rust beyond a few clearly identified and easily treatable spots of surface rust is a deal breaker unfortunately (no space to weld or budget to take that on).

Tasteful mods are acceptable but not interested in any heavily tuned engine mods (except maybe a very clean 2.7 stroker) or excessive suspension mods. Don't need race bushings as this will be a daily.

Cool paint colors are nice, don't really care if its a stock color as long as it's been done with care & with longevity in mind. Basic colors are cool too, reliability is what I'm after.

I am hoping to find one with a relatively stock & clean interior. We all know how old these cars are but major rips and tears are a turn off. Doesn't need to be OEM but hoping to find one with seats that look they belong and are comfortable and highly usable. Definitely interested in cars that are mechanically perfect but just need some interior love for the right price.

Pre or post facelift both look great especially with chrome window trim.

I know I am looking for a unicorn and would not turn my nose up at a car because of a wayward antenna or some small similar issue.

I have only ever owned an e28 528e years ago and have seen the light again and want to step back into it.

If you made it this far thanks for reading and thanks for helping me find my car.

Have you seen this for sale in Utah? Should meet all the requirements you're looking for and more!
The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!

wodcutr gorgeous car you have there. I am hoping to find something useable below absolute pristine condition as my budget is a little tighter more like 9k or less

If you can make it to the E30 Picnic you will get to see hundreds of cars and have a chance to chat up many ppl to find that unicorn.

I'll be prepping mine for sale after this cold snap, but it's a 2dr vert

Wow, shows how much I know about this community, that sounds like the best idea yet.
