This is a 95% completed project and just need to finish up the last few bits. I bought this car about 5 years ago and have done a lot to it. It was a stock auto 325is with tan interior and an automatic trans. The trans died and I was forced to do a manual swap. I got almost done and just really don't care/know enough to finish it or find someone who can. There's some issues I'll list, but I think the good outweigh the bad on this car.
Would really prefer local sales, I hate selling a car like this without someone being able to go over it first in person so they know exactly what they're getting.
The bad first:
Windows and sunroof stopped working after transmission swap. Also i was going to install E36 switches while doing the swap but couldn't get them to work, replaced with E30 ones and still not working. All windows/sunroof/mirrors worked perfectly before swap and I have no idea what happened. E30/E36 switches/bezels included.
There's a vibration/shake at any RPM's above idle. Sounds like it's in the drivetrain (flywheel/clutch/throwout bearing maybe?). Starter doesn't sound right at all(kind of grinding/loud) and I wouldn't/can't drive this way (will need trailer to get home!)
Amp for subwoofer wouldn't come on today, but battery was almost dead and it's on a charger now so may be a non-issue.
Tires cracking from sitting so long (haven't driven in 3 years or so, have started/idled frequently) Hold air and roll around fine, but wouldn't drive on them.
Fog lights have never worked (I replaced them with yellow to look better but original connectors are broken)
The good:

Upholstery by NineStich. Vinyl bolsters with plaid fabric centers. (Drivers seat works well, passenger doesn't fold forward) Has matching shift boot and e-brake boot

Condor Tall Shift knob
Dual Sheer shift rod
Z3 short shifter and new bushings in entire shifter assembly
ebay long tube headers (leaking, another new set included with sale)
Bavauto floor mats (pretty sure but not 100% on brand, they're the black plush and were around 90-100 bucks
1 brand new lighted oem key
1 used oem lighted key

I'm including all E30 parts I've got with sale including Z3 021 steering rack with spacers needed for swap, Smoked Depot headlights brand new in box, original door panels, extra set of headers/x pipe, csb, guibo I think, bunch of nuts/bolts, SS brake lines, Garagistic engine mounts, M3 knee panel, M30 engine, misc. driveshafts, set of style 32's (will need adapters for)...
There is one larger dent just forward of the passenger tail light and I've got the best picture I could of it. It's very minor, but is there. Typical dents/dings for a 30 year old car, cleans up really well though. There is also a section of the black trim on rear drivers side bumper that's broken/taped over. Section of clear coat pealing from roof in between sunroof/windshield.
I am open to offers, but I know what I've got, lol. Seriously, this is a low mile super clean e30 and the interior is excellent. At this point it just needs bugs worked out and drive it as is, or it's the perfect candidate for a swap. I prefer facebook messenger or text(9o8-278-4676, but can talk on phone any time after 5pm if preferred during the week or anytime weekends.
Please if you are serious about buying reach out to me, I can get pictures and more info about anything needed. Please no trades. I love this car but just can't seem to get it finished on my own and no local mechanics seem to want to touch an old BMW. Make offers!!!
