WTB: Rust free 84/85 Coupe

On the hunt for an 84/85 Coupe for a resell project.

I would prefer a 318i to keep the cost down

Criteria:
Minimal Rust
Straight frame
Okay paint. beige, blue, or green would be nice but im not very picky.

I'm in New England but will travel for a good car.
