WTB: 318is

So I had the opportunity to drive a 318is recently and was blown away. So, now I'm looking for a clean 318is to bring home. No rust, minimal mods, nice interior, A/C. Think solid daily driver/therapeutic conveyance vehicle.
Preferred color in order of preference: Red, white, other... Slick top if possible.
$10-12k and under 150k with good maintenance. Not looking for a project, my 280z has me tapped out lol.
