Want to buy: E30, show me what you've got!

Recently sold my 325e and I already miss it, however this time around if I were to buy an E30 I would want it to have more power so it could at least be somewhat competitive at track-days. Below is a list of things I would like in a car:

• Clean interior, sport seats or Recaros preferable
• Refreashed suspension & bushings
• S52 / M52 / S14 would be a huge plus
• Clean exterior, meaning decent paint and no major dents, etc.

BUMP: I'm open to cars with stock engines as well, so long as they have been refreshed at some point. A stroker, or something with cams (or both) would be a bonus. Looking to spend under $10,000. Car can have any number of miles, so long as the suspension, engine, etc. has been refreshed and the car doesn't have any rust. Coupe, and manual is a must.
