i have an 86es with a non-v m50. i built it as a winter beater (i hate timing belts and adjusting valves.) its just been sitting. winter tires....not the wheels in the pics. whats it worth?
bilstein sport / eiback sport springs / offset m3 control arm bushings / offset camber bearing caps. i got a low milage m50 from a buddy, resealed it and put it in. maintained the e30 trans, got a 325i clutch pack and lightened an i flywheel. resealed the trans. resealed the diff. the exhaust comes from stainless s52 oe headers to custom down pipe to the stock e cat and exhaust. (if you want more power....this definately needs to go freeflow.)
the ugly.....cracked dash, sun dried steering wheel, cracks (not rips) in seats, some dings, front spoiler / bumper needs alignment w/ body. car was from texas...sun dried everything, very minor rust but repainted.
doesnt work.....third gear gone (have spare trans.) cruse, wipers work intermitent on intermitent, ac not hooked up, dome lights.
needs attention......rear subframe bushings are original.
im actually looking for feedback here. is 2700 "as it sits" too much. should i throw in the trans, subframe bushings and wiper motor and ask ?? 3200 ??? just ebay it???
