Hello, I have come to a point at which I must sell my baby. It's not an easy thing to do, but I am off to college soon so the time has come.
The car is a 1988 Diamondshwarz M3 with approx. 115k. The car is in great condition. I have owned it since fall of 2005 and have done much meticulous maintenance and repairs. Everything replaced has been OEM quality replacement parts.
Significant things that are new or very nearly new -
Brake master cylinder
Clutch master cylinder
And of course, all the brake fluid
Fan clutch
Lower exhaust gaskets
Si Batteries
Timing chain tensioner replaced with E36 model
ADR 17x8.5 wheels with Sumitomo 235mm 40series tires
Features of the car -
Suspension
Ground control coilovers with Koni adjustable shocks
Aftermarket, stiffer swaybars (I think they are Ireland Engineering but I'm not positive) and heim jointed, adjustable swaybar end links
Front offset bushings
Front aluminum control arms
Sparco front strut tower bar and a polished aluminum rear bar.
Interior
Recaro seats (on custom lowered brackets)
Schroth 4point harnesses- detatchable at the back
Red EVO 3pt seatbelt as well. Both belts ready for use
Period correct (early 90's) SONY deck with a 6 CD changer in the trunk
New Powerbass front component set speakers. Tweeters are custom mounted in the stock tweeter housings.
German gauge cluster and overhead indicator panel. (Original cluster is included with car)
Exterior
Wheels are 17" (as described above)
Extra set of 16" wheels with Falken Azeni R compound tires.
City light headlights
Euro grilles and all EVO foams and hood seals
Engine
Amsoil synthetic changed every 2500 miles.
EVO airbox
Aftermarket exhaust (not too loud)
Turner chip. I took it out when I bought the car because it made the motor ping under heavy load but it will be included with the car.
I will be happy to answer any questions.
