Selling for an older net-impaired friend
Lachsilber with Cardinal red interior. 101,300 miles. Current owner has had it for 5 years.
Never wrecked, mostly original paint. Has a scrape in rt. quarter. (grocery cart) Has a few dings in paint, which should show in pics.
Couple of rust spots on sunroof panel and behind license plate and both tail lights. Paint is still good. Looks great from 10 feet.
Lots of nice upgrades:
Zimmerman cross drilled rotors, with new Mintex red pads
BMP short shifter
Lighted leather knob and leather shift boot
Fixed camber plates in front.
BMP front and rear stress bars.
Schroth inertia belts plus stock belts.
Dinan springs, Dinan sway bars and Dinan valved Bilsteins. Rides and handles great, not too stiff. Front sway bar is adj. 22mm with 3 positions, rear is 16mm with 2 positions.
Mille Miglia 16s with recent Yoko A520 225/45-16s. Spare is also a MM wheel with tire
Autothority chip
Subframe reinforced by us with new motor mounts 1k ago.
E36 M3 chain tensioner
Evo lower airbox
Hella H1 and H4 headlights
New Bosch starter
New front windshield 1k ago. No rust under it at all!
Upgraded stereo with remote Blaupunkt Monterey.
Engine and tranny are pretty dry, as in no leaks. A/C was rebuilt 5 years ago.
Car was bought in Chicago with extensive stack of repair receipts, but my friend lost them in a recent move, sadly. There are receipts since he has owned it from my shop. Interior is very nice with above average condition seats. Bolsters are good, stitching on rear seat is good. No cracks in dash.
Recent stock muffler.
Overall a nice driving car. If it were repainted, it would be awesome!
Owner has moved on to a new VW Mark5 6 speed toy and is asking 13k obo.
I have the clean title. Feel free to ask any questions. Located in Eugene, Oregon
