hey local PNW guys you know I have enough bimmers but my new roommate just sold his audi to get an e30, he wants something that he can tastefully modify himself or cars with light mods that he likes, the target car is something fairly stock drivetrain wise but is a very tight handling car. price range is about 5 grand but he is willing to take on somewhat of a project and also willing to throw down a little more if its a real clean example.
On a side note i have an 87 535i that i dont really need to sell but also wouldnt mind getting some new goodies for the e30s. its a steel blue (cosmos or cosmic blue, somethin) its a 5 spd, 3.25lsd, bav auto intake, bav auto wires, oem cap, rotor, coolant hoses. its been my daily driver for the last few months but been in the group for the last couple years, ODO shows 245,xxx, not sure if its the original engine, its real clean and it pulls really hard, its bigger and more luxury than an e30 but its got the muscle, pretty decent gas mileage for the 3.5, i blame the 3.25. anyways looking at about $1500 or interesting trades, bmw or not, you wont surprise me. drive fast
