    1987 Toyota MR2 5sp Washington.

My good friend is selling his MR2 to step into a 325is as a more practical car after boot camp. Just thought id post this up here for any interested parties. The car is really tight, fun to drive always been maintained properly and looks great going down the road. Located in Anacortes, WA 98221. If you have any questions shoot him an email or a call.

For sale is my '87 MR2. I'm joining the Coast Guard and need to sell it before i leave to boot. It has blue interior. White exterior with a black roof and spoiler. 5spd with a newer clutch, shifts perfect. No cracks in the dash, one small tear on the center console. I love this car. but its gotta go before boot.
I cant afford to let it sit around for 6 months while I'm away.

Edit: also forgot to add, it has 138,000 miles.

    Parts I've replaced with OEM/Aftermarket:

    -ST springs
    -KYB GR2 struts
    -Cusco strut tower brace
-The driver side fender was replaced as it had a dent, was painted and
    blended into the door/bumper.
-The roof was painted black, the spoiler is also black.
-The engine was replaced with a new Largeport that had around 30K miles on it. all the seals were replaced when it went in.
-had a new clutch/flywheel/PP put in by the PO
-Brand new OEM exhaust with test pipe.
    -Leather shift boot
    -John O short shifter
-MB quartz 4in speakers with crossovers in the front
-3" blaupunkt speakers in the C-pillar
-Valve covers are powder coated "black chrome" with a silver center
-Rota GT3's 15x7 with Khumo Ecsta MX's still a good 75-80% tread life
    -Cone filter AFM mod
    -pioneer head unit
Edit: forgot to add - Hella H4 housings with 55/65w bulbs put in 3 weeks ago.

Little things that need to be fixed:

-the driver side a-pillar in kinda broken (will get a picture)
-a small rip by the shifter in the center console
-the t-top end caps on both sides need to be replaced
-has a small chip/scrape on the driver side, side skirt (will get a picture)
-spoiler in flat black, roof is gloss black
-on the center console ash tray, the lid is broken (will get a picture)
thats really all the things i can think of thats wrong with it, and *note* all very minor.

Ok and here's the price. I'd like $2500 FIRM. without the wheels. and $3100 with the wheels.
Other items i can throw in:
    Tom's driver side air scoop - $100
Extra set of valve covers - Free if you want them
Corbeau seat rails (keeping the seats) - $100
and momo hub adapter (keeping the wheel) - $45

    Location:
    Anacortes, Wa

Love MR2s. Good luck with the sale--if a friend of mine wasn't a deusche and had some money, I'd tell him to take a look.
