Honestly, this is not a good first car for a teenager, please have him buy a stock e30 and let him learn/build on his own.

Search for all the threads started by this asshole trying to sell it for more info or if someone else wants explain go ahead.

I should have been a prick and sold it to the second interested buyer, oh well.

I keep for getting about other people around the car. My 1st car was basiclly a very nice muscle car. But someone hated upon it with a key, i'm glad that it was a base coat clear coar paint on the car.

I have followed this episode since the day it was sold...it had made headline news on two sites now, this guy has made more enemies than i have every seen. i wish i would have bought the car from egk, it a kind of a diminish return now

Wow, I stumbled here searching for a decent e30 to make track-worthy...and wound up reading the Iliad. Speaking as the proverbial outsider looking in...I have a feeling that there's more wrong with that car than the kid says (pure speculation of course). I haven't seen it on ebay, autotrader, cars.com, roadfly, etc. either. Makes me sort of wonder what's really going on with it. It may look clean on the outside, but a stroked motor needs love, and I think the love went away when it was sold.
