WTB: Non running 325e in SoCal

If anybody has or knows of a clean 325e shell I am looking for something with decent paint [interior is not as big of a deal] to throw my Eta motor in to.

there is a 325 4 door 87 (i think) a block from me. Paint is decent, car is straight. Owner is asking $2k but will take less. I believe it is an e motor but not sure. interior relatively clean but i'm sure the dash cover and seat covers hide some tears.
